Every year, TI recognizes its most esteemed athlete(s) for representing its highest standards on and off the field. Team Impact Coaching's Athlete of the Year award is given to those athletes who maintain the highest GPA possible at their level in school, who have overcome personal and athletic obstacles, who have shown excellent sportsmanship in games and practices, and who have earned the respect of their coaches and teammates.

Each winner will receive a $500 scholarship to any of TI's current training programs. Many of TI's past athletes of the year have gone on to receive college scholarships, community service awards and many other personal accolades.
