Coach Dave

Dave Bagchi

Dave has played and/or coached football, basketball, baseball and soccer including 22 seasons of coaching youth sports in the Phoenix Valley with NYS, Grid Iron, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Great Hearts, Primetime Athletics and American Youth Football. He has coached the 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 9-11, 11-12 and 13-14 age divisions, over 150 student athletes overall and recognized with 25 youth sports championships. Dave has completed all required youth tackle coaching certification classes. Dave and his wife, Renny, live in North Phoenix with their three children, Dominik, Andres, Korinne and dog Halo.

Coach Steve

Steve Dixon

Steve has been a Head Coach for the past four seasons coaching flag and tackle football, basketball and soccer for the 7-8, 9-10 and 9-11 age divisions. Known for his rare combination of intensity on the field and kindness towards the athletes, Steve has been highly successful at building young athletes and teams. He is also a committed youth leader by serving in Boy Scouting as Cub Scout Leader over the last 4 years. Steve has completed two coaching certification classes. Steve and his wife, Maria, live in North Scottsdale with their two children, Michael and Matthew.

Coach Rodd

Rodd Schifferdecker

Rodd has played and/or coached basketball, baseball and football for over 30 years. He attended High School outside St. Louis, MO and was recognized as a All-State Basketball player and played division 1 baseball as a pitcher at Southeast Missouri State University and majored in Education. Rodd has coached youth sports at the 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 9-11 age divisions. He has completed his coaching certification. Rodd and his wife, Amy, live in North Phoenix with their two children, Kate and Cole.

Coach Nathan

Nathan McBride

Nathan has been a multi-sport athlete for over 20 years, trained in Tae Kwon Do, baseball, soccer, football, and track and field. As a Valley native, Nathan graduated from Chaparral High School and continued on to play football at both the University of Nebraska and the University of Arizona, where he graduated in 2010. Nathan has been coaching student athletes for several seasons, most recently supporting local sports camps and leagues. Nathan and his wife, Erika, live in the Scottsdale area with their two dogs.

Coach Oliver

Oliver Badgio

Oliver has played and/or coached wrestling, racquet ball and football. From 2007-2012, Oliver completed six Olympic triathlons. Originally from Massachusetts, Oliver is now a permanent part of the Valley and a proud Graduate of Arizona State University. He has coached youth sports at the 5-6 and 7-8 age divisions. Oliver is a Board Member on the Phoenix Regional Sports Commission, enriching our community through youth sports. Oliver and his wife, Kristen, live in North Scottsdale with their two children, Rocco and Lola.
